In this live workshop I’ll explain why so many mothers today are suffering from mom rage. We’ll look at the cycle of rage and learn what’s happening physically and emotionally in our bodies when we rage. I’ll share some techniques for alleviating rage and discuss repair work with our loved ones. At the end, we’ll have a raucous Q&A—tears, anger and laughter are welcome.
There are two scholarships available for this class. To apply, please contact [email protected]
